The thickness of the cut plate is uneven
(1) The basic tension is not appropriate; the saw blade tension needs to be corrected.
(2) The screws of the bearing seat of the fixed trolley screw are loose; adjust the rotating screw.
(3) The horizontality of the guide rail diameter is poor; use the wire pulling method to check the levelness and adjust it between 0.5mm, and the horizontality should be less than 1mm.
(4) The gap between the screw and the nut is large, and the gap is not eliminated during operation; pay attention to eliminate the gap in one direction during operation.
(5) The nut is not clamped tightly and shakes; tighten the clamping nut.
(6) The guide wheels are inconsistent; loosen the nut and adjust them to be consistent.
(7) The saw blade end jumps too much; level the saw blade and pass the inspection.
(8) The welding between the cutter head and the base is asymmetrical; re-weld or replace the saw blade.
(9) The rough material to be cut is less than 0.5 cubic meters; the rough material should be greater than 0.5 cubic meters.
(10) The transmission chain is too loose; adjust the chain tightness.
2 Excessive shaking during machine operation
(1) The main bearing clearance is too large; open the iron cover of the spindle box to adjust the nut.
(2) The spindle bearing is damaged, causing the saw blade to run unsteadily; disassemble the spindle box to check the spindle bearing and replace the new bearing.
(3) The radial runout of the saw blade is too large; check the radial runout of the saw blade and replace it.
3 The height of the saw blade head is inconsistent after use
(1) The main shaft bearing clearance is too large; open the iron cover of the spindle box to adjust the nut.
(2) The radial runout is too large and the center hole accuracy is out of tolerance; the accuracy is out of tolerance
